Test Methods and Precautions for Glass Bottle Seal Tester

The testing method of glass bottle seal tester is generally divided into two categories: one is to put the glass bottle into water for testing, and the other is to put the glass bottle directly into the sealed jar for testing. Different vacuum values can be set according to the sealing conditions and inspection standards of the glass bottle.

1. Open the glass bottle seal tester, put the glass bottle into the sealed container, so that the test water is completely immersed in the glass bottle. If there is a lot of air in the glass bottle, make it float on the water surface, use the partition to press the glass bottle into the water surface, and keep a distance of 25mm from the water surface.

2. The glass bottle seal tester sealing jar should be sealed, check whether the gasket under the top cover is placed in the groove to avoid creasing.

3. Turn on the power switch of the glass bottle sealing tester, set the test time on the operation panel, generally it can be set 1-3 minutes according to the test standard. Meanwhile, according to the sealing performance of the glass bottle and the test standard, the test range of vacuum value can be set to 0kpa~-90kpa.

4. Turn on the power switch of the small vacuum pump, then turn on the test button of the glass bottle sealing tester, observe the test condition of the glass bottle in the sealing jar and find out the leakage point. The air pressure will be replenished automatically during the test.

5. After the end of the test, the glass bottle seal tester will automatically return to the blowing pressure until the vacuum value is 0, in order to open the sealed jar to remove the glass bottle.
