Linear Photographic Empty Bottle Inspection Machine HB-ZXJ-1 is a PC-Based structure of online machine vision inspection system. The system uses a professional industrial computer platform, using BASLER high-resolution digital industrial camera image, the software uses AI technology for real-time online inspection.

Detection function:

(1) Bottle mouth: cracks, chips, breaks, dirty, double mouth, deformation and other defects.
(2) Bottom of the bottle: Bottom of the bottle bubbles, stones, impurities, cracks, dirt, oil and so on. Bottom stress: Bottle bottom stress defects.
(3) Bottle Body: Detection of visible defects such as bubbles, stones, impurities, cracks, dirt, oil, hitching, wrinkles, etc. on the neck, shoulder and body of the bottle.
(4) Bottle body stress: bottle body stress defects.
