Rotary glass bottle servo inspection machine HB320-I is a servo control based on computerized inspection system + visual inspection system of the integrated inspection machine

Inspection function:

(1) Cracks: tiny cracks on bottle mouth, cracks, neck cracks, bottom cracks, bottle shoulder cracks, bottle body cracks;
(2) Bottle mouth inner diameter, bottle mouth outer diameter;
(3) Bottle mouth airtightness (defects such as bumps, depressions, beveled mouths, and missing material)
(4) Height of the bottle,
(5) Ellipticity of the bottle
(6) Mold number identification.

Technical features:

Servo control, the work station can be set flexibly, large bottles and small bottles can be detected, the machine speed is fast and stable, cracks, ellipticity, mold number recognition are detected by camera photography, convenient for personnel debugging, high detection accuracy.
